Important note: You must use our myCAV online system to update your registration details.

To start using myCAV, you will need to create your own myCAV account using a personal email address to verify your identity and sign in to your account. If you already have a myCAV account, sign into your account and update your registration details.

The BLA must be notified via myCAV within 14 days of any changes to:

Individuals

  • address for service
  • residential or postal address
  • business name(s) under which you carry on business
  • personal name
  • contact details, including email addresses
  • website
  • professional indemnity insurance policy. This must remain current while you are registered
  • ABN (including obtaining a new ABN)

Companies

  • address for service
  • postal address
  • registered office address
  • company name
  • business name(s) under which the company carries on business
  • directors or their residential addresses and contact details
  • company contact details, including email addresses
  • websites maintained by the company
  • professional indemnity insurance policy. This must remain current while the company is registered
  • ABN (including obtaining a new ABN)
  • ACN.

It is an offence under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 to provide the BLA with false or misleading information or documents.
