Melbourne South Eastern Real Estate Pty Ltd - Court outcome Court actions 30 November 2018 A company that operates three Barry Plant estate agent offices in Melbourne will pay $720,000, after the Federal Court of Australia found it engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct and making false representations about property sales. Wapshott Motors Pty Ltd - Court outcome Court actions 27 November 2018 A Surrey Hills car dealership and its director have been disqualified from holding a licence for four years, after a hearing found that they breached various provisions of Victorian motor car trading laws. Meganita Marannu - Court outcome Court actions 13 November 2018 A Preston woman has been jailed for one year, and must complete a three-year community corrections order following her release, after admitting she stole or misused almost $130,000 of clients’ money whilst operating as a conveyancer.
