Frankston roof repairers The Roof Guys (Vic) Pty Ltd must pay a $500 fine for failing to allow for delays when calculating the time needed to complete work on a home in Ringwood East.
The company pleaded guilty to breaching the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 by not making allowances for delays in time estimates and failing to ensure a contract set out allowances for delays.
The company was also ordered to pay costs of $616.
