The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal has reprimanded Bell Real Estate (Emerald) Pty Ltd after the agency failed to comply with the dispute resolution process under the Estate Agents (Professional Conduct) Regulations 2008.
Bell Real Estate (Emerald) gave an undertaking to the tribunal that it would ensure that all of its staff, agents or sub-contractors were aware of, and comply with, the internal dispute resolution process.
